Nice lock. Easy to install. Well worth the money. You should buy one. I only gave this Yale security keyless push button deadbolt a four star rating because the directions for programming a user pin were a bit fuzzy. It took me several times and I mean like 5-8 times before I figured out how to set a user password. The master password or pin number that was easy to set up. Easy to install After much research around Yale locks and keypad deadbolts, we settled on this key-less product. Programming not very good- tech support poor very easy to install however, the lock would not program. spoke with yale technical support and they concluded the product was defective. Tech support very poor. Tech only had very basic knowledge. Failed to properly check that i had installed lock correctly, which i did but he never confirmed. Sounded like yale out sources tech support over seas Compared to Schalge which has usa based tech support, in my opinion I found the Yale lock to be inferior and would not recommend this lock
