Look works fine after some difficulties The Yale product is generally well made. The weak point seems to be the battery compartment with cheaply made spring components.

This has been a very disappointing waste of time The lock came with no manual. Went to the website (yalerealliving.com) that is mentioned on the box, and the only documents I could find are brochures. I installed using a manual I found online for the pushbutton electronic deadbolt. It physically installed okay, but when I used the instructions to program in user unlock codes, it beeped unhappily and didn’t do much. The manual (with respect to programming the lock) may not be correct for the model that I received on Amazon, although the…

BATTERY LIFE I ordered another one with Z-Wave and returned it because the light turned red after 15 minutes meaning low battery. Then I ordered this one (cheaper). The only difference is it did not come with the z-wave module because I did not pay for it.
