Per Yale customer support, the lock mechanism is prone to seizing/jamming I installed this lock in January and initially had little to no problems. This week the lock jammed after leaving the house and would not unlock upon return. When entering my code it would flash the numbers 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 (which makes a sort of an ‘X’ shape on the keypad). Scouring through their support provides no information nor could I find any documentation about this error code. I did see one lone review website that mentioned the exact same issue but that was it.
