Emergency key use: remove the keypad handle with a wrench. Insert the mechanical key. Turn the key clockwise until the door lock opens. (The key is for emergency use and the high torque is normal when it opens.

Not durable Whatever you do , do not purchase this device. I bought mine about a month ago and yes installing it was easy but as of right now I’m locked outside of my house because it simply is not working. There is no number to call and I’ve tried every single video and number change I can possibly try. The emergency key doesn’t work unless you also have an Allen key on you so I’m waiting for someone to bring me one so i can try my emergency key. Once I’m in I’ll probably have to dismantle the whole thing…
