Yes, It DOES Work with Alexa! Read this! We have purchased several of these–at least one for each of our rental properties. It requires the use of a smart hub to connect to the Internet AND TO ANYTHING ELSE.THUS, contrary to the other review on here that says it does not work with Alexa, it does work with Alexa!… through the use of a smart hub.READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!We use Samsung’s Smartthings hub and it works amazingly well. Says it works with alexa, but actually does not … Says it works with alexa, but actually does not. When you ask it to lock or unlock or to tell you the status Alexa says it does not support that function. Bought two these and all it does is a code entry on the front keypad , does not support any smarthone functions and ap for I phone does nothing to operate the lock, only tells you if door is locked or unlocked even with the wireless internet connection. Total rip-off
