FORGET THE KEY! This is the 3rd Schlage door lock I buy in the last 2 years. I have these on all of my properties now. The other 2 are same thing as this but deadbolt type. All 3 are easy to program. The only downside is changing batteries once a year. One lock like this I have in use for a year and 5 months now with original battery, and [I hear I might start noticing battery dying, but] no sign or it going yet- it’s quick to “shift” and “shifts” from locked to unlocked an back instantly. Very convenient solid lock i have a schlage camelot zwave lock for comparison. i consider this plymouth lock a solid grade 2 lock which auto locks for convenience and doesnt require a key. Its numeric lock only accepts 4 digit codes which is less flexible than camelot model which allows longer codes. The keys are easy enough to push. Im using this for garage so doesnt have too be 100 percent weatherproof. Its lower cost makes it appealing, as does the autolock feature. I dont need remote access on multiple doors so i…
