Works & looks great; after a few hurdles setting it up… Bottom line is, once you get this installed and working, it works well as advertised, and looks great….that being said, it was a hassle for me to get it working properly. The good news is they’ve got an unusually helpful and patient tech support line (based on Florida I think), who seemed genuinely interested in helping me resolve my problems.(And the box it comes in is very nicely packaged, so it seems like a high quality presentation.)My first (and biggest) problem was due to the fact that my door had the large (pre-drilled) hole in the farther of the two standard positions from the edge of the door (I think it was 2 3/4″ inches instead of 2 5/8″ if I remember correctly). This should NOT have been a problem though, since they include an adjustable deadbolt that is meant to accommodate either the closer distance or the farther distance. (And the template they include for drilling your door also gives measurements for either size.)…

Seems to work well, but a pain to install I’ll start by saying I’ve only had this installed for a few days, but it worked instantly on the first fingerprint & my wife’s, and has ever since. Which is better than I can say for a previous brand that I had. So functionality wise this seems to work very well, can’t say anything about longevity though just yet.The main issue I had was installation, now a lot of people may not have my problem, but should at least be aware that there are 2 upper studs above a standard deadbolt opening that must be drilled in your door. This was were I had problems, my previous had to have holes added to the door as well, and these were in a different location, so more holes in my door, this didn’t cover the old ones completely, and my door was metal so not as easy as drilling a clean hole through a wooden door. So we are talking hours is what it took for an install, besides the drilling it was extremely difficult to line up front to back and get everything working just right. The motor…
